Health Watch

The Department of Volunteer Services sponsors a personal response system named HealthWatch. The system enables the elderly or disabled to live independently and confidently in their own home while providing peace of mind for their families. The client wears a waterproof pendant and presses the button when in distress. Through a special unit connected with their telephone, the client is immediately in contact with HealthWatch who can call a family member, neighbor or emergency personnel.

HealthWatch's operators know the clients and their vital statistics and can provide excellent service during times of need.
